Late Cancellations and Missed Appointments

As we work on a low turnover rate to ensure your dog gets the time it deserves we are unable to absorb the costs for late cancellations or failure to turn up to your appointment.

We understand that emergencies do happen and will do our best to fill your appointment if you have to cancel, but if this is not possible 50% of the grooming charge will apply.

We may ask you for a deposit to hold your future appointments.

New Customers

If you are new to New Forest Dogs and we have availability for new customers, we would like to meet with you and your dog first to ascertain your exact requirement. Please contact us for a consultation.

We do not want to discourage new customers, quite the contrary. Sadly due to a number of missed appointments we will ask you for a non refundable deposit of £20.00 to hold your first appointment. This can be paid by bank transfer or by cash. Payment must be received no later 3 working days before your appointment or 7 days if you are paying by cheque.

If in the event you have to cancel (as long as 24 hours notice has been given) the deposit can be refunded or transferred towards another appointment.
